R6 Stats — Support

Most problems with R6 Stats come down to one of the questions below. Each answer is the whole fix — there is no step that needs us.

Common questions

My stats look wrong or out of date. R6 Stats reads the same public data Ubisoft publishes. If a recent match has not appeared yet, it usually shows up within a few minutes.

I cannot find my profile. Check the platform selector — the same name can exist on PC, Xbox and PlayStation as different players. Ubisoft names are case-sensitive and must match exactly.

I subscribed but Pro is locked. Open Settings → Restore purchases, or tap Restore on the subscription screen. Restoring reattaches an existing subscription to a new install.

How do I cancel? Open Settings → Manage subscription, which opens your App Store subscriptions. Cancelling there stops the next renewal; Pro stays available until the period you have already paid for ends.
